Solid Dowel pins from ITA fasteners are headless and come with lag threads at both ends. Our solid dowel pins are aptly designed to be inserted in pre-drilled pilot holes. To reduce the impact on surfaces, the end of the threads on either side is designed as a taper.

Internal Threaded Dowel Pin is considered significant type of pin and one of the most used dowel pins for its easy to use attributes. The pins can be grooved, slotted, trapped or altered to modify its mechanical properties. Use of high grade metal in the production ensures high tensile strength, durability and heat resistance.

Tubular slotted spring pins are manufactured by progressive roll forming flat strips of high carbon steel or heat treatable 304 stainless steel. After forming, the pins are de burred to remove sharp edges, then heat treated to a spring temper.
